TRC does not mobilize trans men in most cases — activist
Transgender man Leon Kushnir stated that he was not mobilized after being stopped by employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC).
According to the activist, he was recently stopped by TRC representatives, his documents were checked, and he was released without being served a summons.
«After checking my documents, I was let go. There were no complaints», — Kushnir reported.
At the same time, he noted that he is aware of cases where trans men were deemed fit for military service. According to him, such situations are individual and depend on medical indicators, documentary status, and decisions of the military medical commission.
