In a Kyiv shopping mall, unidentified individuals in civilian clothing attempted to detain a man

An incident involving unidentified individuals in civilian clothes attempting to detain a man occurred in one of the shopping centers in Kyiv.

The man was attempted to be detained, but he resisted and ultimately managed to escape.

According to eyewitnesses, no police were noticed near the scene of the incident.
