
In Kyiv, on Saturday, October 25, a passenger fell onto the tracks at the "Dnipro" metro station. Due to this incident, train traffic on the red line was restricted.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration. Relevant specialists are already working at the scene.
Red metro line: trains are running from "Akademmistechko" station to "Arsenalna" station and from "Lisova" station to "Darnytsia" station. The "Dnipro," "Hidropark," and "Livoberezhna" stations are temporarily closed for entry due to the incident involving a passenger falling onto the tracks at "Dnipro" station, as stated in the announcement.
Later, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that train traffic and the operation of the "red" line metro stations have been restored to normal mode. The passenger was retrieved from the tracks and handed over to emergency medical personnel.

In turn, the press service of the State Emergency Service (SES) of Kyiv noted that on October 25 at 11:17, they received a report that a person had fallen under a metro train.
"As it turned out, at the ’Dnipro’ metro station, between the third carriage and the platform, there was an injured man on the tracks. Rescuers, using medical stretchers, extracted the man from under the carriage and assisted in transporting him to an ambulance," the press service clarified.
