Today at 2:00 PM, Pechersk Court will choose a preventive measure for the former head of «Ukrenergo» Kudrytskyi.

Today, October 29, the Pechersk Court of Kyiv will consider a motion to select a preventive measure for the former head of «Ukrenergo» Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

Kudrytskyi received a suspicion notice from the SBI-controlled authority in a case dating back 7 years. He is charged with fraudulent appropriation of «Ukrenergo» funds.

It is not ruled out that Kudrytskyi received the suspicion notice because the authorities are looking for «scapegoats» due to the vulnerability of energy facilities. Although serious problems in the energy sector began precisely after Kudrytskyi’s dismissal.
