The situation in Kupyansk is under control, and Russia’s claims about the encirclement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are untrue.

This was reported by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Klymenko.

As a reminder, today Putin once again claimed that Ukrainian units are encircled in Kupyansk.

According to the Deep State map, Russian forces control the northern and western parts of the city and have also penetrated the central area.
