The Ministry of Defence of the RF announced the "complete destruction" of the DIU landing force near Pokrovsk

The Russian Ministry of Defence reported the landing of a DIU assault team in the Pokrovsk area, but claims it was completely destroyed.

«An attempt to land a DIU special operations group from a helicopter approximately 1 km northwest of the outskirts of the settlement of Krasnoarmiisk (Pokrovsk. - Ed.) was thwarted. All 11 individuals who disembarked from the helicopter were eliminated», - stated the Russian Ministry of Defence.

There have been no official comments from Ukraine regarding this operation.

Earlier, Western and Ukrainian media reported on the landing of the assault team. According to information from Russian publics, DIU special forces are engaged in combat in the industrial zone of Pokrovsk, which Russian forces are attempting to storm.
