The enemy has intensified assault groups, the AFU are preparing for battles for Kostyantynivka

The situation in Donetsk region remains difficult, and on the Pokrovsk direction, it is extremely critical, with the "gray zone" expanding. As a result, a threat looms over other cities of the agglomeration, particularly Kostyantynivka.

This was stated by a Ukrainian Armed Forces officer with the call sign "Alex."

He added that on this direction, the occupiers have significantly intensified the actions of their infantry assault groups.

Because of this, they have suffered a multiple increase in personnel losses, but they continue to increase pressure and attempt to infiltrate directly into Kostyantynivka from the direction of Oleksandro-Shultyne.

Those who manage to break through have no chance of survival in the city, explained "Alex": "After all, the line of combat engagement is at a certain distance from the city, so it is not possible to talk about any equivalent combat clashes, support, or the ability to establish a foothold."

The officer suggests that the enemy’s offensive vector will change and warns that battles for Kostyantynivka are ahead.

"From recent events, it is clear that all roads lead to Kostyantynivka, so there will be only one direction. Essentially, the Chasiv Yar direction will disappear," — he explained.
