"Kyiv police fugitive" detained: Rybyanskyi disappeared with over 16 million hryvnias
The police report the detention in Rivne region of the head of one of the Kyiv police units, who was wanted after disappearing along with seized money.
The Kyiv police officer, who disappeared with the money, had approximately over 16 million UAH, – DBI communications advisor Sapyan said on the air of a telethon.
