Border guards did not confirm Tymur Mindich’s departure from Ukraine.

Spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko told "RBC-Ukraine" that the SBGS has no data on Tymur Mindich’s departure from Ukraine on November 10 and is not authorized to disclose information about border crossings by third parties.
