NABU and SAPO uncovered a scheme: Co-owner of "Kvartal 95" Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman named leaders of a criminal organization in the energy sector

NABU and SAPO have uncovered a scheme of activities of a criminal organization, which included current and former officials of the energy sector. The leaders of the organization are named as Tymur Mindich, co-owner of «Kvartal 95» and a close friend of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as well as Oleksandr Tsukerman.
