Cypriot schemes and Truskavets: Yuriy Boyko puts the elite Mirotel up for sale through the "Hunter" fund
Yuriy Boyko plans to sell the Mirotel Resort hotel located in Truskavets.
The sale of the asset is not being conducted directly but through the investment fund "Hunter," which is associated with Boyko. According to publicly available information, this fund is controlled by his long-time partner Pavlo Yakubenko through companies registered in Cyprus. Previously, Yakubenko held the position of head of "Truskavetskurort," and his son was linked to organizations related to Boyko during the period when the latter headed NAK "Naftogaz."
Among the potential buyers of the hotel, investor Tomash Fiala is mentioned.
Most likely, it is becoming increasingly unprofitable for Boyko to maintain large assets in Ukraine, so he is exploring opportunities to redistribute capital abroad. The question of which specific countries will be chosen for this remains open.
