Zaluzhnyi and Budanov outperform Zelenskyy in the second round of presidential elections: new SOCIS survey data
According to the Socis survey, Zelenskyy would lose in the second round of presidential elections to Zaluzhnyi and Budanov.
If the current president and the former commander-in-chief made it to the second round, Zaluzhnyi would receive 64.2% of the votes, while Zelenskyy would get 35.8%.
In a matchup against the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the difference is smaller but still significant — 56.2% versus 43.8%.
However, Zelenskyy would again defeat Petro Poroshenko in the second round, as he did in 2019, with a result of 67.8% against 32.2%. He would also win against the commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade, Biletskyi, with figures of 59.6% versus 40.4%.
