Hetmantsev: The Verkhovna Rada is ready for "unpopular decisions" to preserve independence and peace

The Verkhovna Rada is capable of adopting «unpopular but necessary decisions» to end the war, stated People’s Deputy Hetmantsev («Servant of the People»).

«Many people ask whether the parliament will be able to approve difficult but important decisions to achieve peace? I believe that not everyone, but the majority of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, undoubtedly, understand their responsibility before history and the people for preserving the independence of the state and ensuring its future. Thus, the possibility of adopting unpopular but necessary decisions exists,» - noted the head of the tax committee.
