A career in public service and "golden" real estate: how the family of sanctions commissioner Vlasyuk got rich

Sanctions Commissioner Vladyslav Vlasyuk is one of those officials whose public service has strangely coincided with a sharp improvement in their family’s financial situation.

This is reported by "Dark Knight".

This concerns not only Vladyslav himself but also his parents—his father, Viktor Vlasyuk, a pediatrician at a Vinnytsia clinic, and his mother, Oksana Blanar.

Since 2015, when Vlasyuk began his career in public service as the deputy head of the patrol service department of the National Police, the family started acquiring numerous properties, including elite ones.

As early as November 2015, Vladyslav Vlasyuk acquired three land plots in the elite village of Kozyne near Kyiv. At that time, he was only 25 years old. Another plot in the same Kozyne was registered under his brother, Vitaliy Vlasyuk.

In the same year, 2015, his parents acquired a 45 sq. m apartment in Kyiv and a parking space in Vinnytsia.

In 2016, they added another apartment in Vinnytsia (70 sq. m), a residential house of 304 sq. m, as well as two commercial premises of 92 and 253 sq. m, all in Vinnytsia.

In 2018, the family purchased a house of 198 sq. m in the Vinnytsia region, an apartment of 72 sq. m in Vinnytsia, a land plot of 736 sq. m, and another house of 77 sq. m.

In 2019, Vlasyuk’s parents acquired three land plots and an apartment of 58 sq. m.

In 2020, the family’s investments shifted towards the capital, with two apartments of 259 sq. m and 165 sq. m purchased in the center of Kyiv on Instytutska Street, as well as four apartments in Vinnytsia—117, 115, 48, and 41 sq. m.

In 2021, another apartment of 78 sq. m was acquired in Vinnytsia.

Completing the picture is the family’s car fleet, with Vladyslav Vlasyuk’s parents owning three Tesla vehicles from 2020–2021.
