Losses of 1.8 million: a former official of the KCSA’s Department of Municipal Security is suspected of purchasing construction materials at inflated prices

Former official of the Department of Municipal Security of Kyiv City State Administration suspected in procurement of construction materials with losses amounting to 1.8 million hryvnias.

It has been established that in November 2023, the suspect was responsible for the procurement process at the Department of Municipal Security of Kyiv City State Administration.

During the purchase of construction materials, he did not verify the prices or quality of the goods and declared a company as the winner of the tender, which offered boards, pipes, nails, and beams at prices significantly higher than market rates.

As a result, the Department of Municipal Security of Kyiv City State Administration overpaid 1.8 million hryvnias for these materials.
