Former Member of Parliament Viktor Zherebnyuk, who is currently a deputy of the Zhmerynka City Council in Vinnytsia region, spent 1 million dollars during the war to purchase 4 apartments in Poland and a plot of land in Spain. He also stated that he owns 1 kg of gold bars.

The family of the ex-MP owns a house in Zhmerynka and an apartment in Kyiv. During the full-scale war in 2024, the deputy, together with his wife, purchased 4 apartments in Poland for 25 million hryvnias and land in Spain for 25 million hryvnias. Additionally, he bought a garage in Spain for 1.4 million hryvnias.

Among other interesting details, the deputy mentioned a collection of paintings co-owned with his wife, including the painting "Sacrifice to the Blue Rhinoceros." The city council official uses a Range Rover (2023) worth 6.7 million hryvnias. This car belongs to his company, LLC "Zhmerynka Wagon Repair Plant ’Express’."

In 2024, the deputy officially received an income of 1.23 million hryvnias from entrepreneurial activities, while his wife earned 1.2 million hryvnias. Additionally, the deputy lent 5 million hryvnias to his children. He also owns gold bars worth approximately 3 million hryvnias.

According to his declaration, the deputy borrowed 750,000 euros and 100,000 dollars from various individuals and companies, and also repaid 40,000 dollars under a loan agreement.
