Yuzhanina stated the existence of a non-public draft law on elections during wartime

There exists a hidden version of the draft law on elections during wartime, which differs from the one that deputies are openly working on, — MP Nina Yuzhanina.

According to her, this specifically concerns elections during the war, not after its conclusion. In particular, special polling stations for military personnel may be created.

She believes that holding such elections could raise many concerns from other countries, although, according to her, the president currently remains legitimate.
