In the residential complex «Syayvo 2» in Irpin, a sewage breakthrough occurred due to the lack of heating. This is a continuation of communication issues in residential complexes, as previously reported in materials about accidents in Borschahivka.

According to residents, they had to manually carry out 90 bags of feces. The management company threatened to issue a report for throwing bags from the balcony.

Residents of the «Syayvo 2» residential complex in Irpin faced a sewage breakthrough due to the lack of heating, which caused the pipes to freeze and sewage to leak. The developer Inbuild and the management company LLC «Syayvo-Service» did not respond to the issue, even though residents pay 750–1000 UAH monthly for maintenance. People had to manually carry about 90 bags of ice and feces on foot from the 9th floor, as the elevator does not work due to the frost.

The bags were leaking, and the smell was unbearable, so neighbors lowered them through the window to avoid spreading sewage through the entrance. In response, the management company threatened to issue a report against the affected party for throwing bags from the balcony.
