The Head of the MIA, Lukashuk, declared three apartments and a gift from his son worth 600 thousand hryvnias during the war

The head of the department for interaction with the State Border Guard Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Mykola Lukashuk, declared three apartments of varying value during the war, one of which was received as a gift.

This information was obtained from his declaration of property and income.

The official’s primary income amounted to 1.54 million UAH in salary from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. His wife reported 331,000 UAH in salary from the education department of the Holosiivska District State Administration in Kyiv, as well as 28,000 UAH in pension received by the declarant himself.

The declaration lists several real estate properties, most of which are registered under the name of his wife, Tetyana Lukashuk.

Among them are land plots in the Brovary district of Kyiv region (400 m² and 600 m², acquired in 2014 and 2009), a garden (country) house with an area of 126 m² in the Velykodymerska community (2015), as well as numerous land plots in the Myropilska community of Zhytomyr region, registered in October 2024 (with total areas ranging from 858 m² to 23,630 m²). Additionally, the wife declared a residential estate-type house with an area of 91.6 m² in Myropil (February 2025).

The declarant himself reported an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 44 m² (2023, valued at 24,000 UAH at the time of acquisition) and an apartment in Rivne with an area of 61 m² (December 2025, 600,000 UAH).

The wife owns an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 76 m² (November 2023, 2.2 million UAH). There is also an unfinished construction object — an apartment with an area of 45.4 m² in Kyiv, owned by the wife.

A passenger car, Nissan Rogue (2016), purchased in 2021 for 300,000 UAH, belongs to Mykola Lukashuk. The family has 19,000 USD in cash. Other income includes 4,715 UAH from the national cashback program «Made in Ukraine», as well as a non-monetary gift valued at 600,000 UAH from their son Oleh Lukashuk (this is the apartment in Rivne). The wife received an inheritance (partially valued at 24,000 UAH, with the remaining part not specified in terms of value).
