In Kyiv, a fraudulent call center was exposed in the elite Gradient Business Center
On February 6, as part of their monitoring efforts, the StopKor team uncovered another fraudulent call center in the Gradient business center. The so-called office is located on the 3rd floor, where, according to preliminary estimates, around 40 people are operating.
The building is situated in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, at 4 Korolenkivska Street. The complex consists of two buildings with heights of 9 and 21 floors, and its total area is 110,645.3 sq.m. For the convenience of tenants, the center is equipped with more than 8 high-speed elevators. A distinctive feature of GRADIENT is the large green areas on various floors and VIP zones in the winter garden on the upper floors, making it unique among Kyiv’s business centers.
Vans, which arrived with security personnel, were also spotted.
In addition, journalists recorded the presence of cars.
The Gradient business center (Kyiv, Pankivska Street), opened in 2023, was developed by VGO Group and is owned by Elna Paulette Belle and Michel Andrew Brutus, according to Finteco.com.ua. The asset has also been linked to Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong.
StopKor journalists noted expensive cars parked in front of the building, used by call center employees, including, presumably, the main figure (organizer-manager) who travels in a Mercedes-Benz W223 and a Mercedes-Benz G-Class (Gelandewagen).
