The case of "Milton Group": how David Todua, Davyd Kezerashvili, and Vsevolod Yaroslavtsev are connected to a fraudulent call center in the elite Gradient BC

On Thursday, February 12, a peaceful protest took place near the Gradient business center in the capital. Protesters with placards gathered under the walls of the building, demanding an investigation into the activities of a suspected fraudulent call center, which, according to them, operates on the third floor of the complex and deceives trusting individuals, mostly foreigners, out of their money.

According to preliminary estimates, around 40 people may be working in the so-called pseudo-investment office. This was reported by StopKor.

Activists claim that some employees drive premium-class cars. Earlier, journalists recorded a Mercedes-Benz W223 and a Mercedes-Benz G-Class (G-Wagen) near the building, allegedly used by the possible organizer of the structure. Security personnel were also seen arriving in minibuses at the location.

Victims had been in contact with employees of the call center of the company "Milton Group," registered in Kyiv. People were lured through social media advertisements, after which employees, posing as representatives of Western European financial companies, persuaded them to invest in digital assets. In just one year, investors contributed around 65 million euros. However, according to available information, no one has managed to fully recover their money.

The "Milton Group" office was located on the upper floors of a shopping and entertainment center in central Kyiv. According to a former employee, workers made up to 300 calls daily. The structure was divided into language departments – Russian, English, Italian, and Spanish – targeting different regions. The ex-employee claimed that the staff was aware of the nature of their activities.

According to the state registry, the owner of "Milton Group" is listed as Irakli Dadivadze. At the same time, journalistic sources named Israeli citizen of Georgian origin David Todua as the actual beneficiary. The latter denied any connection to the company in his comments. Todua’s business partner, Davyd Kezerashvili, also stated that he has no information about the activities of "Milton Group."

Against this backdrop, activists are demanding a thorough investigation into the activities of the office in the Gradient BC and the identification of all individuals involved in the potential fraud. Protest participants insist that the organizers must be held accountable within the framework of current legislation.

According to open sources, the business center was opened in 2023. The developer is named as VGO Group. Among the owners, Bella Elna Paulet and Brutus Michel Andrew are mentioned. Media reports have also suggested a possible connection of the asset to Vietnamese billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong. This information requires further verification.

Protest participants name Vsevolod Yaroslavtsev as the likely organizer of the fraudulent office. According to victims, he may use the names Maksym Volya or Yevheniy to conceal his activities. There are also speculations about his registration in Alchevsk, Luhansk region, and trips to temporarily occupied territories, Belarus, and Russia between 2014 and 2021. At present, this data remains unofficial.

Interestingly, in the GetContact app, a phone number associated with Yaroslavtsev is tagged as "Milton." This name appears in the international journalistic investigation "Phantom Bitcoins and Dream Merchants." The material discusses over a hundred people from various countries who lost their savings by investing in cryptocurrency.

According to journalists from Dagens Nyheter and the OCCRP organization, victims had contact with employees of the call center of the company "Milton Group," registered in Kyiv.

Based on journalistic monitoring, the office is located in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv at 4 Korolenkivska Street. The complex consists of two buildings, 9 and 21 stories tall, with a total area of over 110,000 square meters. The center features more than eight high-speed elevators, green zones, and VIP spaces in a winter garden on the upper levels.
