Poltava TRC head notified of suspicion: organized a scheme with fictitious booking for draft dodgers

In Poltava region, the head of the TRC "reserved" men only formally — SBI announced suspicion.

The official, together with the heads of private firms, created a scheme through which military-liable men were issued forged documents of booking to cover their failure to appear at the TRC after receiving summonses. Thanks to this, two men actually avoided conscription.

The TRC head is accused of facilitating evasion of mobilization, the enterprise heads — of coordinating the scheme, and two employees — of evading conscription. The pre-trial investigation continues.
