NBU demands explanations from Monobank due to Gorokhovsky’s publication of a client’s photo

The NBU requested clarifications regarding the photo of a Monobank client published by Gorokhovsky.

This is stated in the NBU’s response to EP’s request.

The letter states that the National Bank will be able to assess Gorokhovsky’s actions only after receiving a response from the bank and verifying all circumstances.

In particular, the National Bank emphasized the possibility of applying measures of influence to the bank.
