In the declaration of the former head of the Zhytomyr MSEC, Kushnir, false data worth over 5 million hryvnias was found

False information worth 5.25 million hryvnias was found in the declaration of Natalia Kushnir, former head of the Zhytomyr City Medical and Social Expert Commission No. 2. 

The verification was conducted from July 28 to October 30, 2025.  The woman did not indicate information about her husband — Mykola Kushnir, and also failed to reflect a significant portion of the property, vehicles, income, and bank accounts belonging to him.

Real estate (not declared, belongs to husband):

• apartment, contract value 605 thousand UAH, expert appraisal - from 2.7 to 2.9 million hryvnias
• apartment, contract value 936 thousand UAH.
• house, appraisal - 1.85 million hryvnias (used as the place of actual residence of the declarant).
• house, appraisal - 354 thousand UAH.
• land plot, appraisal  - 29 thousand UAH.
• apartment, contract value 20 thousand UAH, appraisal - 890 thousand UAH.

Vehicles (not declared or incorrectly declared):

•  Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150 (2017), value - 1.38 million hryvnias
•  Quad bike Linhai LH3300ATV-D PROMAX (2023), contract value 75 thousand UAH, appraisal - about 206 thousand UAH.
• Toyota RAV-4 Hybrid (own), incorrectly stated year of manufacture - 2021 instead of 2020, minor difference in value

The woman did not declare sick leave benefits - 3 thousand UAH from LLC «Zhytomyrgazzbuy». Husband’s income: salary - about 494 thousand UAH from KNP «Regional Clinical Hospital named after O. F. Herbachevsky»; remuneration under civil-law contracts - about 15 thousand  UAH; income from the sale of a Volvo C30 (2007) car — 252 thousand UAH.

Signs of a criminal offense under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine have been identified.
