An employee of the Buchansk TRC declared gold worth over 7 million with an income of 400 thousand hryvnias

An employee of the Buchansk TRC from the suburbs of Kyiv declared gold bars worth 7.7 million UAH with an official income of only 400 thousand UAH.

A year ago, he declared gold worth 4.3 million UAH, and in 2023 — 2.9 million UAH.

In addition, this year he declared jewelry worth 779 thousand UAH and foreign cash of almost 2 million UAH.

The Kyiv Regional TRC stated that these assets «are not the result of enrichment on so-
called dodgers», and the TRC employee «before the great war took care of the family’s financial well-being» and began acquiring gold since 2000, being an entrepreneur.

After the start of the war, he joined the Armed Forces, and in 2024, due to health reasons, he was transferred to the TRC.

«Since then, he has not bought a single gram of gold», — the TRC stated.
