In Mukachevo, a local resident who is the official guardian of his mother without a leg has already been held at the TRC for the ninth day.

Despite the court decision confirming his status as the sole caregiver, and the MSEC conclusion on the woman’s disability and need for constant care, the man continues to be shuttled between the TRC and military units.

Currently, a court hearing on the situation is underway in Mukachevo. Supporters of the man also came to the court. The author of the message — journalist Vitaliy Hlahola — published a video appeal from the mother to the court.

At the same time, some commentators remind that the situation at the front is dire, people are needed for assault units, and now is not the time for formalities with deferments.
