A new service for booking workers has been launched in "Diya"

In Ukraine, the rules for reserving from mobilization have been updated. Now, employees with unspecified military registration data can also be temporarily reserved, but only at enterprises that are critically important for the defense sector.

This was reported by the «Diya» service.

The new rules apply to enterprises of the defense-industrial complex and other companies that have the status of critically important for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and are included in the relevant state list.

According to the updates, such employees can be reserved for a period of up to 45 days, even if their mobilization data have not yet been clarified. This allows enterprises to attract necessary specialists to work faster.

For this, it is necessary:

• to authorize using a qualified electronic signature (QES)

• to select the «Reserving employees» service

• to confirm the enterprise data

• to enter information about employees, including those with military registration violations

• to sign the application by the head or authorized person
