Head of the Apparatus of the Odesa RMA Volodymyr Zavadskyi had not worked anywhere for seven years before his appointment to the position in July 2023. According to the declaration, the family had no savings.

He also listed family members — his wife Diana Zavadska and son Vitaliy.

The family owns several real estate properties in Odesa region. In particular, the official’s wife owns an apartment in Odesa with an area of 140.2 sq. m, purchased in 2004. The declarant himself, his wife, and son live there.

Zavadskyi’s wife owns one-third of another apartment in Odesa with an area of 67.7 sq. m. The other shares belong to Volodymyr and Lyudmila Beresnev.

The official himself is the owner of a residential house with an area of 394.3 sq. m in the village of Lymanka, Tairove hromada, Odesa Raion. He acquired ownership of the house in 2011. The family uses a land plot of 1000 sq. m in the same village, which also belongs to Zavadskyi.

In addition, the official declared four large land plots in the village of Nevhody, Ovruch hromada, Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast. Their areas — 3001, 3000, 22 278, and 21 963 sq. m. All plots have been in his ownership since 2011.

The declaration also mentions a parking space in Odesa with an area of 10 sq. m, which Zavadskyi uses. It belongs to the consumer cooperative «Levanivskyi».

The official declared a passenger car Volvo XC70 (2011 model year), purchased in 2011 for 496 thousand hryvnias. In addition, he has the right to use a Range Rover (2010 model year) car, owned by his wife.

According to the declaration, the official’s main source of income in 2025 was his salary at the Odesa Regional State Administration — 1.49 million hryvnias. He also received a pension of 284 thousand hryvnias.

His wife declared a salary at ONEU in the amount of 246 thousand hryvnias and a pension of 36 thousand hryvnias.
