Frontline situation: 129 battles per day, the enemy is massively attacking on the Kostyantynivka and Pokrovsk directions

Since the beginning of the day on March 13, there have been 129 combat engagements on the front.

This is reported by General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

"The enemy launched a missile strike and 72 air strikes – dropping 194 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it employed 6756 kamikaze drones for strikes and carried out 2757 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops," - the message states. 

On the Northern–Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions today, the enemy conducted 122 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas, including two – using MLRS. It inflicted two air strikes using two KABs. Three combat engagements were recorded in the direction. 

On the Southern–Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units once in the area of Prylipivka.

 On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked twice in the areas of Novoosynove and Novoplatonivka. One attack is still ongoing. 

On the Lyman direction, Ukrainian warriors repelled four assaults by occupiers in the areas of Drobysheve, Lyman, and Stavky. 

On the Slovyansk direction, the enemy attempted to advance 11 times toward Zakitne, Platonivka, Yampil, and Riznykivka. One assault action by the aggressor is ongoing. 

On the Kramatorsk direction, the aggressor did not conduct assault actions. 

On the Kostyantynivka direction, occupiers stormed the positions of our defenders 26 times today near the populated areas of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiyivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Mykolaivka, Novopavlivka, and Sofiyivka. 

On the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy launched 21 attacks. Occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of the populated areas of Toretsk, Zatyshok, Nove Shakhove, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novopidhirne, Muravka, and Hryshyne. 

According to preliminary estimates, today on this direction, 27 occupiers were eliminated and 16 wounded; one enemy shelter, a fuel and lubricant depot, and two units of automotive equipment were destroyed, 51 shelters, 3 UAV control points, one artillery system, and one unit of automotive equipment were damaged. 292 UAVs of various types were destroyed or suppressed. 

On the Olexandrivka direction, occupiers eight times tried to improve their position, attacking in the areas of the populated areas of Olexandrohrad, Andriyivka-Klevtsove, Vyshneve, Kalynivske, Krasnohirskyi, and Zlahoda. 

On the Huliaipole direction, 17 attacks by occupiers took place: in the areas of the populated areas of Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Myrne, Olenokostiantynivka, Varvarivka, and Zelenе. Two attacks are ongoing. 

On the Orikhiv direction, the enemy attacked in the area of Stepnogirsk. 

On the Dnipro direction, no enemy assault actions were recorded. 

On other directions, there have been no significant changes in the situation.
