Million salary and new car: what Kremenchuk’s chief patrol officer Oleh Haranzha declared

The commander of the Kremenchuk patrol police battalion, Oleh Haranzha, earned almost a million hryvnias last year. This became known from his income declaration for 2025.

According to the declaration, Oleh Haranzha is registered in Kramatorsk in Donetsk region, but actually resides in Kremenchuk. The declaration also lists members of his family — wife and son.

The largest income of the chief patrolman was his salary at the Patrol Police Department — 991 thousand 450 UAH. In addition, he declared 1000 UAH in social payments. The official’s wife received 37 thousand UAH in income from entrepreneurial activity and 10 thousand 320 UAH in social payments over the year. In total, the family’s declared income amounts to a little over 1 million 39 thousand UAH.

In the real estate section, Oleh Haranzha indicated an apartment in Kramatorsk with an area of 55.7 sq. m, acquired into ownership in September 2019 for 167 thousand 100 UAH. His wife declared another apartment in Kramatorsk: housing with an area of 40.8 sq. m, purchased in May 2021 for 156 thousand 900 UAH.

Separately in the declaration, housing in Kremenchuk is mentioned. It concerns an apartment that the official’s wife uses on the basis of a gratuitous right of use. Its owner is listed as Vereshchaka Margarita Oleksandrivna.

The patrolman’s family owns a passenger car Toyota Auris 2013 model year, which from April 18, 2025, belongs to Oleh Haranzha’s wife. The cost of the car on the date of acquisition of ownership was 315 thousand 600 UAH. The declarant himself did not indicate any vehicles in ownership.

The patrolman’s family also has savings in foreign currency, including cash. The official’s wife declared 30 thousand dollars in cash and 1508 US dollars in an account at PrivatBank. Oleh Haranzha himself indicated 10 thousand dollars in cash. It is worth noting that over the year, the family’s cash savings increased by 10 thousand dollars: in the 2024 declaration, the patrolman stated that his wife keeps 20 thousand dollars.
