Acting General Director of KP «Poltavavodokanal» Yuriy Zastavskyi has published his income declaration for 2025. In the document, the official indicated a million-hryvnia salary and cash savings.

Money

For 2025, at the water utility, Yuriy Zastavskyi earned 2 million 211 thousand 407 hryvnias. On average, this amounts to about 184 thousand hryvnias per month.

In addition to his salary, the enterprise manager received:

• 249,429 hryvnias of pension;
• 63,467 hryvnias of insurance payments;
• 175,913 hryvnias of payments by court decision.

Yuriy Zastavskyi also declared in cash: 100 thousand euros, 65,000 dollars, 3.4 million hryvnias.

Housing and cars

The official’s wife, Anzhelika Zastavska, owns two apartments: the first, with an area of 86 square meters, was purchased in 2017, and the second, 44 square meters, was registered on November 15, 2019. Also, during March and April 2020, she acquired ownership of a parking space and four special bicycle storage spaces.

The most expensive asset of Yuriy Zastavskyi is a 2023 Volkswagen Touareg, the ownership of which he registered on August 17, 2023, for 2.43 million hryvnias. He also owns a BMW K1600GT motorcycle purchased in 2021, and a Toyota Camry registered in 2014.

In addition, the official owns a UAZ 2206 since May 2015, an Opel Vivaro minibus purchased in September 2011, and two trailers. The official’s wife, Anzhelika Zastavska, became the owner of a 2021 Tesla Model S electric vehicle on January 19, 2024.
