Klychko appoints new head of "Kyivmisksvitlo": Nataliya Bondar takes on the lighting of the capital
Vitaliy Klychko has appointed Nataliya Bondar as the director of the municipal enterprise for external lighting power grids "Kyivmisksvitlo". The appointment takes effect from March 16, 2026, through the conclusion of a contract.
This is stated in the mayor’s order No. 120 dated March 13, 2026, writes Informatоr.
The appointment took place in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" and the norms of martial law. The Secretariat of the Kyiv City Council and the KSCA will ensure organizational and logistical support. Nataliya Bondar will head the enterprise responsible for the external lighting of the capital.
According to the declaration for 2024, submitted on February 20, 2026, Nataliya Bondar owns significant assets. She has four land plots with a total area of 59,993 sq.m (almost 6 hectares): a large plot in Krushynka of the Fastiv district with an area of 47,049 sq.m, two more plots there, and a small one in Boryspil. Also in ownership: two apartments in Kyiv (101.4 sq.m and 43.6 sq.m), a residential house in Boryspil with an area of 76.3 sq.m, and a large office in Kyiv with an area of 536.8 sq.m.
In addition to real estate, the declaration states 125 thousand US dollars in cash (approximately 5.15 million UAH). On bank accounts - funds in JSC CB "PrivatBank". The asset summary is impressive: almost 6 ha of land, five real estate objects, and a significant amount of cash. This is one of the highest indicators among the heads of municipal enterprises in the capital.
