"The ’Overseer’ Komarnytskyi from Vienna continues to control Kyiv through people in the KCSA

While in Vienna, "the overseer of Kyiv" Denys Komarnytskyi continues to influence the management of the capital through controlled KCSA officials. Among the key figures are the director of the Finance Department Repik, as well as ex-official Mykola Povoroznyk, who, despite his formal dismissal, maintains the connection between Komarnytsky and Mayor Vitaliy Klychko.

According to sources, the system also retains loyal to Komarnytskyi heads of the Architecture Department — director Svystunov and his deputies Yastrubenko and Zaychenko. It is they who determine who gets the opportunity to work in the city and who does not.

The Land Commission of the Kyiv City Council has not been functioning for over a year, as the mayor does not appoint its head without coordination with Komarnytskyi. As a result, key decisions in the capital are made under external influence, while the mayor plays rather a formal role.
