The court ordered the police to investigate the mobilization of Nebos restaurant owner Maksym Bohdanovych

Vasylkiv District Court has obliged the Obukhiv police to initiate an investigation into the mobilization of Maksym Bohdanovych, the owner of the Kyiv restaurant Nebos, who became known for ignoring COVID restrictions in his establishment.

His wife Iryna Bohdanovych informed the media about this.

For reference, the police detained Bohdanovych on March 17 in the Kyiv region and transferred him to the TCC in Kyiv.

Currently, he is in one of the military units in the Cherkasy region, where, according to his wife, they are trying to persuade him to voluntarily sign documents for dispatch to the front.

According to his wife, force was used against Bohdanovych, he called an ambulance. But he was denied medical assistance.
