Taxes on parcels and 5% military levy: Cabinet of Ministers will finally consider bills agreed with IMF

The government will consider three bills on tax increases at today’s meeting, as stated in the agenda.

- taxation of parcels up to 150 euros;
- introduction of a 5% military levy on a permanent basis;
- taxation of digital platforms.

«The bill on introducing VAT for individual entrepreneurs is not being submitted yet», – notes MP Zeleznyak.

It should be noted that, according to agreements with the IMF, the Rada was obliged to approve these bills by the end of March, but on the penultimate day of the month, the Cabinet of Ministers only began their consideration.
