"We’ll hear a lot of new things": Budanov explains how strikes on Russian terminals are changing the course of future negotiations
Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Budanov stated that strikes on RF terminals affect negotiations. According to him, Ukraine will hear "a lot of new things" from the Russians at the next talks.
Budanov reported this at the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
"They definitely have an impact. This is obvious anyway," noted the head of the OP, responding to the question of whether attacks on RF oil terminals affect the negotiation process.
He noted that the aggressor’s position changing under the influence of these strikes is a "debatable issue."
"At the next negotiations with them, I think, we will hear a lot of new things. In any case, this significantly strengthens our position and does not make it, as they say, weak," emphasized Budanov.
The head of the OP emphasized that Ukraine must strengthen its winning position by all available means. He added that "any means to achieve the goal are justified and correct."
