“I could destroy Iran in one day”: Trump made unprecedented threats against Tehran

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo asked Trump to comment on his words about the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. The US President made the corresponding post on Truth Social. Instead, the US leader erupted with new threats – both towards Iran and towards his allies.

According to the US leader, he does not want Iran to make money on oil by selectively allowing ships through the Strait of Hormuz.

We will not allow Iran to make money by selling oil to those they like or not selling it to those they don’t like. It will be all or nothing. You saw what we did to Venezuela; it will be something very similar to that, but at a higher level,
– he said.

Trump also said that Iran "doesn’t have the cards," but behaves as if it does.

To a clarifying question about whether the US would continue to destroy Iran if it does not abandon its nuclear program, Trump answered affirmatively.

I could destroy Iran in one day,
– he stated.

And also "turn off Iran’s electricity for 10 years," by disabling the entire energy system.
