Parking schemosis: Kostyantyn Usov is trying to transfer Kyiv residents’ payments from "Digital" to a private system

Kostyantyn Usov wants to seize control of all parking payments in Kyiv.

Following Usov’s instructions, a tender was announced in Kyiv for almost 1 million hryvnias to re-stick parking signs. This was done solely so that the QR code on the signs leads not to the Kyiv Digital app, but to a website with private payment systems.

According to sources, Usov is promoting the Portmone payment system associated with him and wants all parking payments to go through this system, with Usov receiving a kickback. The Antimonopoly Committee will challenge this decision.
