Situation on the front line: over 150 clashes recorded, the most difficult situation on the Pokrovsk direction

The 1513th day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 153 combat engagements were recorded over the past day.

As noted by the General Staff, the Defence Forces are repelling the occupiers’ attempts to improve their positions and advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting significant losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment.

Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes, used 24 missiles, conducted 76 air strikes, and dropped 225 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it deployed 9,140 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,456 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, including 59 from multiple rocket launcher systems.

The aggressor conducted air strikes, in particular, in the areas of the populated localities of Ivanivka, Pidhavrylivka in Dnipropetrovsk region; Huliaipilske, Vozdvyzhivka, Charivne, Kopani, Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhya region. 

Over the past day, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defence Forces struck seven areas of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.

On the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes over the past day, the enemy conducted three air strikes, dropped five guided aerial bombs, and carried out 116 shelling attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas, three of which with multiple rocket launcher systems. One enemy assault action was recorded.

On the Southern Slobozhanskyi axis, the enemy four times attempted to breach the defensive lines of our defenders in the areas of the populated localities of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory.

On the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor attacked twice toward Novoplatonivka.

On the Lyman axis, the enemy five times attempted to break into our defense, attacking toward the populated localities of Shyiivka, Novoserhiivka, Lyman.

On the Slovyansk axis, over the past day, our defenders stopped four attempts by the occupiers to advance in the area of Zakytne and toward Rai-Oleksandrivka.

On the Kramatorsk direction, the invaders attacked four times in the areas of the populated localities of Mynkivka, Nykyforivka, and toward Tykhonivka, Fedorivka.

On the Kostyantynivka axis, the enemy conducted 14 attacks near the populated localities of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Sofiivka, and toward Illinivka, Novopavlivka.

On the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 36 assault actions by the aggressor in the areas of the populated localities of Rodinske, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Hryshyne, Muravka, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, Filia, and toward the populated localities of Novooleksandrivka, Nove Shakhove, Shevchenko, Bilitske, Ivanivka.

On the Oleksandrivka axis, according to clarified information, the enemy attacked eight times in the areas of the populated localities of Oleksandrhrad, Vorone, Ternove, Kalynivske, Zlahoda.

On the Huliaipole axis, 12 occupier attacks took place in the areas of Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Pryluky, and toward the populated localities of Dobropillia, Olenokostiantynivka, Huliaipilske, Staraukrainka, Hyrke, Tsvitkove.

On the Orikhiv direction, the enemy conducted no assault actions.

On the Dniprovskyi axis, the enemy conducted five futile assault actions toward the Antonivskyi Bridge.

On the Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.

Ukrainian defenders continue to put up effective resistance on all sections of the front.
