Toyota Land Cruiser Prado for 2.8 million hryvnias: Odesa SSU purchased a luxury SUV of 2026 model year

The Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Odesa region ordered a passenger car of specialized purpose from LLC «ViDi Palmira» for 2.81 million UAH on April 9 as a result of a tender.

This is reported in the «ProZorro» system.

By August, a special purpose vehicle VD T192SG based on the 2026 model year Toyota Land Cruiser Prado off-roader must be delivered to Odesa. The procurement is financed from the state budget under the program «Ensuring measures in the field of state security and activities of the SSU system bodies». The warranty is three years or 100,000 km of mileage.

The all-wheel-drive vehicle features a 2.8 l diesel engine with 205 horsepower, an automatic transmission, various safety systems (including emergency stop and warning systems and emergency braking when approaching objects moving transversely from behind), a range of off-road driving assistance systems, front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, a driver’s knee airbag, rear and front safety curtains, climate control, light and rain sensors, heated steering wheel, etc. The specialized equipment will include a signaling-loudspeaker device and strobes.

The technical specifications and price may indicate the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Prestige configuration, which showrooms sell for 2.80 million UAH for a 2026 model year vehicle without special equipment.

The company received the order without competition, as no one else participated in the open tender.
