Frontline situation: 132 combat engagements recorded, the most on the Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivskyi axes

Over the past day, 132 combat engagements took place on the front line.

This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian Strikes on Ukraine

According to updated information, yesterday the enemy carried out two missile strikes (24 missiles), 78 air strikes (235 guided aerial bombs), used 9701 kamikaze drones, and conducted 3771 shelling of populated areas and positions of our troops, of which 142 — from multiple launch rocket systems.

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular, in the areas of the settlements of Pidhavrylivka, Velykomikhailivka, Pokrovsk, Orestopil, Prosianske in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; in Zaporizhzhya, Vozdvyzhivska, Huliaipilske, Kopani, Vasylivka, Tavriiske, Kamyanka, and Rivne suffered from airstrikes.

Strikes on the enemy

Over the past day, aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the Defence Forces destroyed an area of concentration of enemy manpower and equipment, a command post, five artillery systems, and an enemy air defense asset.

Combat actions

In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, yesterday the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders four times, carried out 78 shelling of our positions and populated areas, including five — from MLRS.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy four times tried to break through the defence of our units near Prilipka, Symynivka, Veterinarne, and Staritsa.

In the Kupyansk direction, according to updated data, the enemy attacked four times in the direction of Petropavlivka, Podil, and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy once tried to break through our defenses near Lyman.

In the Slovyansk direction, our defenders repelled one attack by the occupiers near Yampil yesterday.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of the Defence Forces near Minkivka and Nykyforivka.

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy attacked 25 times near Illinivka, Kostiantynivka, Pleshchivka, Stepanivka, Sofiivka, and Novopavlivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 32 assaults by the aggressor near Rodynske, Muravka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Molodetske, and Kotlyne.

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked three times near Kalynivske, Berezne, and Novooleksandrivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers attacked ten times near Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Stara Ukrainka, Huliaipilske, Olenokostiantynivka, Zarichne, and Tsvitkovе.

In the Orikhiv direction, there were no combat engagements.

In the Dnipro direction, the enemy three times unsuccessfully advanced towards the Antonivskyi Bridge and Bilohrudyi Island.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups have been detected.
