Dividends and assistance totaling 10 million hryvnias: MP Ruslan Horbenko shows impressive assets in new declaration

People’s Deputy from the «Servant of the People» faction Ruslan Horbenko declared a repayable financial assistance of 10 million hryvnias.

The deputy lives in the village of Lisnyky, Obukhiv district, Kyiv region, together with his civil wife Olha Shatanko, daughter Oleksandra, and son Mykhailo.

Horbenko received dividends from LLC «Interhuma-2010» — 23.7 million hryvnias. He also declared 830 thousand hryvnias of salary as a deputy. The MP indicated dividends from the investment fund «OTP Capital» — 88 thousand hryvnias.  In addition, the politician  has income from renting real estate (from various tenants, including LLC «Interhuma-2010», «Dniprosynya», «Autoparts-VM» etc.) — several million hryvnias (the largest — 1.62 million UAH from «Interhuma-2010»).

Income from the entrepreneurial activity of his civil wife Olha Shatanko amounted to almost 2 million hryvnias.  Horbenko indicated a cash gift from his mother Valentyna Horbenko (450 thousand UAH to his daughter), income from the alienation of movable property, etc.

Horbenko declared a significant number of real estate objects and land plots in Ukraine (Kyiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkiv regions, and Kyiv).  Among them:

- Houses (including a large house with an area of over 1834 m² in Lisnyky, joint ownership with his mother).
- Non-residential premises and buildings (including factory buildings of «Ozon» in Boryspil, a store in Donetsk, non-residential buildings in Luhansk).
- Many plots, including large areas in Berezivka (Bucha district, Kyiv region) — dozens of hectares acquired in previous years.
- In 2025, new land plots were purchased in Tomylivka (Bila Tserkva district): 2.26 ha and 2.27 ha.

Ownership rights are often joint (with mother Valentyna Horbenko or other relatives), shares 33.3–66.6%.

Horbenko indicated a Range Rover (2019) leased from his civil wife, Mercedes-Benz GLS 400 (2020) in gratuitous use, cargo Opel Movano and Volkswagen Crafter in ownership.

Valuable movable property: several luxury wristwatches  Harry Winston, mink and sable fur coats, diamond jewelry (mostly owned by the civil wife).

Horbenko indicated that he has 249 thousand euros, 204 thousand dollars, and 1.6 million hryvnias. In «OTP Bank» he has 10 million hryvnias.  Lent funds: 1 million UAH to his civil wife, 2.66 million UAH to LLC «PACH: BEREZIVKA». His daughter has 10 thousand dollars in cash.

Corporate rights
- 79% in LLC «Interhuma-2010» (share value — 65.7 million UAH).
- Full or controlling stake in companies «PACH: Berezivka», «Patchwork Management», «PACH: Building», «Favorit Bud» etc. (often transferred to management).

In December 2025, Ukrainian government bonds (OVDP) were purchased for 10.25 million hryvnias. In April 2026, repayable financial assistance of 10 million UAH was provided.

Liabilities: loan of 100 million UAH (as of the end of the period, balance 99 million UAH).
