We have three fictitious LLCs that provide software and technical support services for the government hotline «15-45». Exactly to them over the last 5 years, about 100 million hryvnias were siphoned off.

The LLCs are interconnected:
- they take turns replacing each other
- the companies use identical document templates
- they have the same registration address and the same director and founder.

Meet Oleh Olefir and Yuliya Shaposhnikova — nominal directors of the fictitious LLCs «Nice-IT» and «VP-IT».

While their LLCs receive millions from the state for work, Olefir doesn’t pay his water utility bills, and Shaposhnikova repeatedly steals cat food and personal hygiene products from Epicenter.
