“Fuelling the illusion of war”: Zelenskyy criticised the US for easing sanctions against Russian oil

Zelenskyy criticized the US for yet another softening of sanctions  against Russian oil.

«Further softening of sanctions against Russia does not reflect the real state of affairs in the war and diplomacy, and also fuels the illusion in the Russian leadership that the war can be continued», — stated the President of Ukraine.

He noted that currently
over 110 tankers of Moscow’s «shadow fleet» are at sea. «On their decks — over 12 million tons of Russian oil, which thanks to the softening of sanctions can now be sold with impunity. This is 10 billion dollars — funds that directly turn into new strikes on Ukraine», — wrote Zelenskyy.
