Situation on the front: 84 Russian attacks on the positions of the Defence Forces recorded over the past day

Since the beginning of the day, the Russians have attacked the positions of the Defence Forces 84 times.

This is reported by General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in Sumy region, the settlements of Koreniok, Bachivsk, Ulanove, Malushyne, Prohres, Tovstodubove were affected, in Chernihiv region – Zaliznyi Mist. Aviation strikes hit the settlements of Vilna Sloboda and Pavlivka.

On the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes the enemy launched an aviation strike with four missiles, conducted 49 shelling attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, three of which involved the use of multiple-launch rocket systems.

On the Southern Slobozhanskyi axis the enemy stormed the positions of our units seven times in the areas of Synelnykove, Prylipka, Starytsia, Vovchansk, and in the direction of Bochkovе.

On the Kupyansk axis the enemy made three attempts to improve its position in the areas of Kivsharivka and Radkivka. One battle is still ongoing.

On the Lyman axis Ukrainian troops repelled one attempt by the invaders to advance in the direction of Hrekivka.

On the Slovyansk and Kramatorsk axes the enemy conducted no active operations.

On the Kostyantynivka axis the invaders launched 13 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchivka, Illinivka, Oleksandro-Shulhyne, Novopavlivka, and Sofiivka. Two battles are still ongoing.

On the Pokrovsk axis since the beginning of the day, the occupiers 32 times tried to dislodge our warriors from their positions in the areas of Bilytske, Rodynske, Dorozhne, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, in the direction of Novooleksandrivka and Shevchenko. Two battles are still ongoing.

On the Oleksandrivka axis the enemy twice advanced in the areas of Oleksandrhrad and Sichneve.

On the Huliaipole axis the Defence Forces successfully repelled 16 enemy attacks in the areas of Dobropillia, Zelenе, Sviatopetrivka, Tsvitkovе, Zaliznychne, Pryluky, Olenokostiantynivka, and in the direction of the settlements of Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Hirkе. The enemy launched airstrikes in the areas of Vozdvyzhenska, Huliaipilske, Lubitske, Mykilskе. Five battles are ongoing.

On the Orikhiv axis the enemy attempted to advance in the area of Pavlivka. In addition, the enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Vilniansk and Kushuhum.

On the Dniprovskyi axis the enemy conducted two unsuccessful assault actions in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge and near Bilohrudyi Island.

On other axes, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded.
