In Ukraine, salaries of TRC employees have been made public: how much military and civilian personnel receive

In Ukraine, the actual salaries of employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TRC and SS) have been disclosed. The amount of payments depends on the employee’s category, rank, and region of service.

This was reported by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

How much do military personnel in TRC receive

Military personnel working in TRC are paid monetary allowances according to the general rules of the Armed Forces of Ukraine — taking into account the salary and surcharges.

• sergeants receive from 20,590 to 30,180 UAH «in hand»;
• enlisted personnel — from 20,183 to 26,112 UAH;
• officers — from 23,689 to 48,359 UAH depending on the position and service conditions.

Salaries of civil servants

The pay for civilian civil servants in TRC depends on the rank and place of work.

In rear regions:

• chief specialist — 22,025–25,358 UAH;
• leading specialist — 22,113–24,375 UAH;
• specialist — 21,634–24,166 UAH.

In areas of combat operations, these amounts can be approximately twice as high.

How much is paid to other employees

A separate category is technical staff and service personnel.

In the rear, they receive:

• cleaners, guards, boiler operators — 7,800–9,600 UAH;
• locksmiths, electricians — 9,200–10,000 UAH;
• military registration inspectors — up to 10,700 UAH.

At the same time, some service personnel may receive from 17,200 to 25,500 UAH depending on functions and workload.

In combat zones, salaries are traditionally higher.
