Zelenskyy: Blocking social networks in the RF may be related to preparation for mobilization

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that the blocking of social networks in Russia may be related to a large mobilization.

About this, the head of state stated in an interview for the telemarathon.

"The restriction of access to social networks in the RF is not related to limiting criticism of the head of their state. But, in my opinion, a deeper task. So that there are no riots. 

Why might riots occur in the northern neighbor? Because of, in my opinion, several things. First of all, general mobilization, large-scale. This is the mobilization of people from central cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg," he explained.

In Zelenskyy’s opinion, the large mobilization is needed by Russia to repeat a large offensive on Ukraine. 

"Option B to have fewer costs and fewer efforts and to make a parallel offensive, small, where you can manage with a smaller number of combat forces. Because this or that state, for example, the Baltics, is not ready for strong confrontation. Because they are small, not because they are not brave, but the Russians are brave," said the president.
