Yesterday in one of the capital’s restaurants, a deadly shooting broke out. As a result of the armed confrontation between representatives of the criminal environment, a 29-year-old citizen of Moldova, known in criminal circles as «Shakal», was killed.

According to available information, a serious conflict had been smoldering between «Shakal» and his opponents for a long time, which eventually escalated into open gunfire right in the establishment.

For the deceased, this was far from the first such incident. Back in 2021, he had already come to attention due to a similar armed clash in Kyiv, but then it ended without fatalities.

In his homeland, «Shakal» had quite a loud reputation. He had previously been convicted of a number of serious crimes, including torture, kidnapping, and extortion. Interestingly, in that high-profile case, a police officer was also involved.
