19 million per year and dubious real estate: what the declaration of the top manager of "Forests of Ukraine" Ihor Lytsur, suspected of negligence, conceals

Executive Director of SE «Forests of Ukraine» Ihor Lytsur receives almost 19 million UAH in salary per year.

Additionally, Lytsur declares a salary from the Institute of Economics and Forecasting of the NAS of Ukraine – 78 thousand UAH, 24 thousand UAH in social benefits from the Academy of Agrarian Sciences, and interest from the redemption of OVDPs – 200 thousand UAH.

At the same time, together with his wife, he keeps 213 thousand dollars in cash.

Lytsur’s wife in 2025 bought a land plot in the Kyiv region – 598 sq. m for 100 thousand UAH and a country house – 118 sq. m for 100 thousand UAH, which looks like a deliberate undervaluation of real estate in declarations.

At the same time, the woman declares only social benefits – 5 160 UAH and 4 300 UAH, a fee from the PU «Osvitriya» – 7 792 UAH, as well as a gift from a private individual in the amount of 200 thousand UAH.

We remind you that in July 2025, he received a notice of suspicion of official negligence that caused serious consequences. It concerned a contract for the supply of 11 tractors totaling 15.9 million UAH.
