Deputy Head of Kamyanske DMA Oleh Karnatskyi declared over 600 thousand in salary and property in Krynychky

Deputy Head of the Kamyanske District State (Military) Administration Oleh Karnatskyi has disclosed his declaration for 2025.

The relevant document has appeared in the Unified State Register of Declarations. 

Since December 6, 2025, Oleh Karnatskyi has been performing the duties of the head of the Kamyanske District State Administration (DSA). He resides in the settlement of Krynychky, near the city of Kamianske. 

Last year, he received 614 786 hryvnias as Deputy Head of the District State Administration. This is on average – 51 232 hryvnias per month. 

In addition, he received 109 208 hryvnias of pension and 15 950 hryvnias of «monetized benefit» from the Pension Fund. 

Additionally, 67 532 hryvnias – income from leasing property to the agricultural LLC «Lada» [code: 30851902]. And also 9 911 hryvnias from leasing property to the agricultural LLC «Tropik» [code: 31563253].

His wife, Tetyana Karnatska, at Kamyanske City Hospital No. 9 earned 525 551 hryvnias last year. 

Among cash assets at the end of 2025, the family had only 3 539 hryvnias in Tetyana’s bank account. 

Regarding real estate and the car

Oleh Karnatskyi owns a residential house in Krynychky with an area of 139.9 m² and five land plots. 

Two land plots in Krynychky he acquired into ownership in 2024. Two more plots – in the village of Slobidskyi on the territory of the Krynychanska community, and one – on the territory of the Bohedarivska community.

His wife owns one land plot of 20 000 m². 

In addition, Tetyana Karnatska is the owner of an apartment in Kyiv with an area of 55.96 m² – an object of unfinished construction. 

She also owns a Hyundai Elantra car manufactured in 2013.

Regarding Karnatskyi’s experience

According to data from the YouControl analytical system, from June to August 2021, Oleh Karnatskyi headed the department of architecture, housing and communal services, and municipal property of the Krynychanska village council. 

In 2015, he was a candidate for deputy of the Krynychanska District Council from the «European Solidarity» party, but did not become a deputy. By the way, the first number on the list to the district council from this party was Oleh Hapich, who until December 2025 headed the Kam’ian District State (Military) Administration. 

During the 2015 elections, Karnatskyi stated that he worked as deputy general director of STOV «Lada». 

In 2020, he ran as the first number on the list of candidates for deputies of the Krynychanska village council from the «European Solidarity» party. He was elected as a deputy but refused the mandate in February 2021. 

During the 2020 elections, he reported that he worked as a labor protection engineer at STOV «Lada».
